Stunning single statement chair -  Knud Aerch For Slagelse
 
Can be used in a variety of ways such as an office chair ot moody accent chair.
 
Reminiscent in style to the Cow Horn Chair designed in 1952 designed by Hans Wegner, both feature the cow horn silhouette and lighter coloured wood inlay
 
The overall design centres on making the chair from fewer pieces of wood.
 
A handful of ellipse shaped joint inlays have been used to join the two sections of wood 
 
Instead of matching the join, a contrasting wood colour/type has been used for the inlays to create a design feature. From what we can see, a lighter coloured oak has been used to achieve this.
 
The original leather upholstery is still intact but does show signs of use.
